PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Presently running my own institute Pragati Computers and providing Training to the students at my institute and also on visit training to the students, corporate, professional, personal of various computer courses, mainly of Programming and Software Development. 

Earlier worked as Director (Admin & I.T.)  Cum PGT (Compute Science) at Ahmedabad Public School International from September’2009 to April'2018.  My job profile, here at APS included:
Ø  As Director of Admin: Planning & executing of all kind of works related to the outside agencies i.e. Marketing Persons, Media Persons, Visitors, Parents, etc. Managing Events, Presentations, Workshops, etc. on regular basis.
Ø  As Director of I.T.: Managing all I.T. related tasks in school including ERP System, Mobile Application, Website, Development of new I.T. system in campus, Management of Computer Lab by introducing the new technologies in the school.

Earlier before Director my profile also includes:
Ø  Assisting in all above duties.

Ø  Regularly checking of e-mails received and forwarding the same to the concerned authority and replying after the follow-up of the same.
Ø  Preparing the school timetable in coordination with the concerned authority.
Ø  Making of the salary reports, pay slips of the employees, forwarding the salary statements to the bank, etc.
Ø  Maintaining and Monitoring all the I.T. equipments of the school. Resolving the problems, if any, with the I.T. equipments by own. Attending the technical problems, troubleshoots etc.
Ø  Teaching the Computer Science subject to the students of XI & XII..
Ø  Providing the I.T. and technical related help to the staff team during school events, e.g. mixing of audios, arranging of photographer/ videographer/ sound system etc.
Ø  Timely uploading the information on the school’s website (www.apsinternational.org) and updating the website.
Ø  Assisting the Chairman regarding the important schedules, meetings, etc.
Ø  Preparation of question papers, question bank, etc.
Ø  Giving the workshop/ training to the school staff, which helps them to prepare the worksheets/ question papers, mark sheets, results, etc.
Ø  All the works related to the I.T. and Technical in the school campus during my duty time.
RECENT ACHIEVEMENTS:
Ø  Successful setup of Digital Classes in the school, where Software was only bought from the agency and all the hardware including furniture was managed by me, which saved a huge amount of institution. 

Ø  Successful completion of Annual Day Events more than 9 times, every year. Apart of annual events more than 100 events on frequent basis conducted and completed smoothly with the positive feedback from the parents, students, management and visitors.

Ø  Successful completion of AIEEE and NEET exams in our school, where I was the Sr. Superintendent deputed by the school to manage the entire exams in year 2015 and 2017.

Ø  I was a team member of APS to get the CBSE affiliation.
Ø  I was a team member of APS to get the Higher Secondary Section of GSEB affiliation.
Ø  I was a team member of Airport School to get the CBSE Affiliation in 2009.


PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES:
Earlier I had served to Airport School, Ahmedabad. Here I was teaching the Computer Subject to the Students of Std. 8th to Std. 12th (Sci & Comm.) for a period from January’2007 to August’2009, parallel to working with Airports Authority of India (on contract basis) after school time.
Ø  Other than teaching, I have prepared a package of salary for the Airport School staff. The preparation of the school timetable is being done by me in co-ordination with the supervisor. I am doing Computer Maintenance, Installation (Software & Hardware) and fault attending of the computers provided in the computer lab. Helping the school organizers to create the fusion songs, presentations, downloading of information, for the various celebrations and activities of the school.
Ø  Prior to that I have worked as a Maintenance Assistant at Airports Authority of India, S.V.P. International Airport, Ahmedabad from March’1999 to August-2008. Here I was used to work on Computer for the Engineering Electrical Department of AAI, got the massive experience of office associated work. My profile for this job was including of:
Ø  To Maintain Preventive Maintenance Records.
Ø  To maintain ISO:9001:2000, ISO:14001-2002, related documents/ file/ records/ registers, filing of documents, preparation of engineering drawings in AutoCAD, preparation of estimates, analysis of rates, bills, preparation of tender documents, monthly returns, monthly/ quarterly/ half-yearly/ annually progress reports, budget reports, official correspondences with the agencies etc. all the office works on computer/ manual, sending/ receiving of e-mails, surfing/ gathering of required information from internet, solving the problems of computers, providing training to the newcomers. Maintenance of all the office works/ duties.
Ø  Previously worked as an Assistant Accountant Cum Dispatch Supervisor at AABAD FOODS PVT Ltd., Jasoda Chokdi, Narol Highway, Ahmedabad for a period of 6-months. This company has a big setup to produce the baked food products. Here my job was to dispatch these products to the salesmen of the company and prepare the sales reports, production reports, other reports etc.
Ø  Also worked as a Cashier Cum Assistant Accountant at Jyoti Saree Center, Panchkuva, Ahmedabad (a private firm) for a period of 18-months from the 1995. Here my work was to maintain the accounts of the firm, bank work, sales & orders from customers.


TRAINING AVAILED:
Ø  Attended Karmyogi Talim for Key Resource Person for Std. XIth and XIIth provided by Gujarat Education board at Umiya School, Vadodara in June-2009.
Ø  Attended Karyogi Talim for Std. VIIIth provided by Gujarat Education Board by Intel in June-2007.
TRAINING GIVEN:
Ø  Given the training to the approx. 375 teachers of the various districts of Gujarat for the Std. XIth and Std. XIIth in June-2009 in Om Landmark PTC College, Chiloda.
Ø  Regular training/ workshop to the teachers of APS.
